One of the mandates that will be coming from the Chancellor’s Office is the implementation of the new Common Assessment and Multiple Measures projects.
Because this will affect all disciplines, the College has arranged for John Hetts, who is involved in the Multiple Measures Assessment Project (MMAP), to come and explain Multiple Measures and how they will impact the assessment process and success rates.
The MMAP is designed to provide expanded data and assessment information to colleges in order to accurately place students into the appropriate courses. This project is supported by the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office and its Common Assessment Initiative (CAI) in collaboration with Educational Results Partnership’s Cal-PASS Plus system.
