Receive Emergency Alert Notifications from COM Connect

September 1st, 2016 - 2:36pm

COM Connect is the College’s emergency messaging system to notify students, faculty, and staff in the event of an emergency or campus closure. Campus Police and College officials can broadcast messages via voice, email, and text (SMS) messages, as well as to TTY/TDD devices for individuals who are hearing impaired.

Current student, faculty, and staff contact information is automatically included in the system. However, to ensure that the College has your correct email and phone number, please take a moment to review your information by logging on to the COM Connect Portal now and click “Sign Me Up.” You will be asked to enter the identification code that has been provided to you to find your associated contact. This code is your M00#. Community Education students may sign up to receive emergency alerts at the COM Connect open portal.

Users with call blocking services should add (415) 485-9455 to their approved number list to ensure they receive important notifications from the College.

Please contact the Campus Police Department with any questions at (415) 485-9455.
